Insotect has specifically developed several insulation technologies targeting weight reduction to the highest levels of potential for insulated gear. For example, our Matrix Partitioning™ technology is a durable, breathable and super lightweight partition innovation, that at the time of its introduction contributed to the highest heat retention-to-weight ratio in its carrier systems. InsoLite™ webbing represents the ultimate in lightweight partitioning, providing a 60%-80% weight reduction over conventional webbing.

Innovative Insotect insulation systems, such as Insotect Flow™, have changed baffle direction from the conventional horizontal to vertical, resulting in a reduction in baffle material usage and a lighter weight gear.
